For a mother of five, 2 a.m. should bring only the pitter patter of tiny feet, asking for another hug goodnight. However, one Saturday morning, Heather received a call she never expected, hearing  her heart pounding in her chest as she was told the news: she has leukemia.

Currently receiving treatment in Pittsburgh, this loving mother of three girls, Brianna, Reagan and Kyara, and two boys, Bentley and Ryker, with her supportive husband Wayne, needs all the love, support and prayers that one can offer. With pending medical treatment and unanswered questions, any help this young, fun and energetic mother, daughter, sister and friend can get would help her family exponentially.

Living by the saying, "To love is to risk not being loved in return. To hope is to risk pain. To try is to risk failure, but risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing," Heather is risking it all right now, relying on hope and FAITH to pull her through.  Any help she receives is beyond appreciated and a blessing!
