Sherris Stringham is missing and missed and we need help finding her. Last year, after 2 decades of driving a school bus and checking groceries at hy-vee, she scraped together all she had and bravely struck out and retired to Hopkins, Belize. Now she hasn't been heard from since Saturday Aug 25th. My brother, Matt, and I are desperately concerned and know that time is of the essence. 

She hasn't been seen or heard from since Saturday (we usually get texts from her daily), she missed several outings with friends which is unlike her, her house was in disarray (also very unlike her), wallet empty and left behind, car missing . Matt and I are working as closely with the Belize police and US embassy as possible given distance and language barriers.

We've hired a private investigator already (that's the goal amount of the gofundme) and one or both of us will be traveling there to find our mother.  We will both do whatever we can and whatever it takes to find her but neither of us is in the position financially. That's why we're asking for help, if you have any to give. If not, please keep our beautiful mom  in your thoughts.
