Hi, my name is Candace. My son and I recently became homeless , and we're currently living in a family shelter. My main goal is for us to find stability before the holidays start. A place for us to call our home, where we would be safe and comfortable, and I would be able to cook and my son would be able to get his proper nutrition. We are unable to cook or bring any outside food in the shelter we are currently staying at. We have no privacy or freedom here. Things are starting to get tough since most of my resources have diminshed. Everyday essentials like gas for my car, food, phone bill, storage fees and clothes for my son are just a few of the things we are struggling to afford right now. Any donation is greatly appreciated, and even if you're unable to donate, a share will go a long way. We found an apartment, I am now working on getting groceries and items for the apartment.
