Our names are Shelly and Liam, and we are raising money for our lost cat, Sparrow, who has been missing since 22nd July 2025. Sparrow isn’t “just a pet”, she is family. She is our little shadow, our comfort, our joy. Having her go missing has left a hole in our hearts that nothing can fill. Every day without her is filled with worry, sleepless nights, and the crushing grief of not knowing where she is or if she's safe.

We have done everything we can to bring her home: constant walks around the neighbourhood, putting up posters and flyers, hiring pet detectives, and setting up trail cameras in hopes of spotting her. Heartbreakingly, one of these cameras, that we were borrowing from a good samaritan and that we desperately relied on, was stolen during the search, adding to the stress and setbacks we’ve faced.

We never imagined the emotional and financial strain this journey would take. The costs of replacing equipment, continuing professional help, and ongoing search efforts are overwhelming, but giving up is simply not an option. Sparrow means everything to us, and we will not stop looking until she is back home where she belongs.

This is why we’re asking for help. Your support will allow us to keep printing flyers, replace the stolen camera, and continue working with experts who specialize in reuniting missing pets with their families.

Most importantly, your kindness gives us hope. Hope that one day soon, we’ll hear that familiar meow again and hold our fluffball close.
