My name is Charity, and I am raising funds for my brother's family in the Philippines.
The Gustafsons from the Philippines make every point to create familes that are whole. From offering a safe place for women to give birth, to finding homes and families for children in crisis...and so much in between.
For the last thirty years, Darren and Deborah Gustafson have been blessed to raise their family in the same house and in the same neighborhood as the mission they have devoted their lives to. Presently, they are within walking distance of the high demand birthing center and childrens home that Deb's family founded.
While they don't advertise their hardships or the sacrifices that they make, they have been given just a few months to relocate. Rent in any other place is triple what they are paying now. Ideally, they would be able to purchase their own house, where they could continue to raise their growing children and host adoptive families, as well as a space for others that need a helping hand.
