My name is William Ruiz. My wife Debbie came to Puerto Rico on June 6 and on June 8 she went out for a walk and is now missing. She has been my wife and my best friend for 33 years and I want my wife back home. Searches have been made the entire community is very active in the search, the police have been amazing yet no results as of yet.
