Hey my name is Finch and I identify as a trans man. I would really appreciate any form of help to help me reach my goal of getting top surgery in the next few years. To get anywhere in trans healthcare people have to be put on waiting lists for months and months before they can even see someone to discuss options for them going forward. So starting to save now for this will coincide with all those waiting times.

I’m proud of myself for saving up for HRT by myself, however top surgery and all the extra additional costs and time for healing etc is more than I can do at this time. Whenever I come across someone in the same

position as me I always donate to help them because trans is import and beautiful and we matter, we should have access to better and more affordable medical care.

I am thankful for where I live where this is still possible, my heart goes out to all those in international countries who aren’t able to receive the same life saving care.
