Questo raccolta fondi è stato creato per raccontare la vita dell'artista turco Umit Turgay Durgun in un documentario.

Umit Turgay Durgun è uno scultore/artista di graffiti multidisciplinare turco originario di Istanbul, ma residente a Carrara.
L'obiettivo di questo documentario è raccontare la vita di Durgun attraverso i luoghi in cui ha vissuto tra la Turchia e l'Italia, seguendo la sua attività artistica durante le fasi di realizzazione nel suo studio d'arte a Carrara.
Il suo obiettivo è aiutare i giovani artisti di tutto il mondo ad avere una consapevolezza sempre più approfondita di ciò che sono capaci di realizzare e di diventare.
Parlerà di visione, integrazione e sarà un esempio concreto di come un artista ambizioso e appassionato può superare gli ostacoli e creare l'impossibile.
Durgun ha il desiderio di trasmettere l'importanza della presenza delle persone nel viaggio della vita di un artista. Alcuni dei mentori più significativi che hanno avuto un grande impatto su Durgun verranno intervistati e presentati nel documentario.
Questo documentario sarà un passo verso la realizzazione del sogno di un artista. Durgun ha il sogno di creare una scuola internazionale di arti plastiche con sede a Carrara. L'obiettivo è formare giovani studenti d'arte e artisti, facilitando il loro arrivo in Italia e la loro integrazione.
Durgun parlerà di questo sogno nel documentario e spiegherà perché crede che avrà un impatto sociale e artistico a breve e lungo termine.
Una storia di ospitalità, passione e futuro dell'arte.
Questo documentario è per tutti coloro che sognano in grande e non smettono mai di sognare….
Il nostro obiettivo è raccogliere la prima parte del Fondo entro giugno 2022 per sostenere le spese di viaggio (tra Italia e Turchia), e raccogliere la seconda parte entro dicembre 2022 per procedere alle riprese del documentario.
Nei prossimi mesi potrai partecipare alle riprese video dal vivo e alla vita attiva dal cuore dello studio d'arte di Umit a Carrara.

This crowdfunding is created to tell the inspiring life story of the Turkish artist Umit Turgay Durgun through a documentary.
A message of resilience, a hope that doesn’t have a country of origin, but international characteristics.
Umit Turgay Durgun is a Turkish multidisciplinary sculptor/graffiti artist originally from Istanbul, but living in Carrara.
The goal of this documentary is to tell Durgun’s life through the places where he lived between Turkey and Italy, following his artistic activity during the stages of realization in his art studio in Carrara.
Its goal is to help young artists from all over the world to have an increasingly in-depth awareness of what they’re capable of achieving and becoming. It will talk about vision, integration and will be a concrete example of how an ambitious passionate artist can push through obstacles and create the impossible.
Durgun has the desire to convey the importance of the right persons’ presence in the journey of an artist’s life. Some of the most significant mentors who impacted Durgun greatly will be interviewed and featured in the documentary.
This documentary will be a step towards realizing an artist's dream. Durgun has a dream of creating an international plastic arts school that is based around Carrara. The aim is to train young art students and artists, facilitating their arrival in Italy and their integration.
Durgun will speak about this dream in the documentary and explain why he believes it will have a social and artistic impact in the short and long term.

This documentary is for all those who dream big and never stop dreaming ….
Our goal is to collect the first part of the Fund by June 2022 to support the travel expenses (between Italy and Turkey), and to collect the second part by December 2022 to proceed with the filming of the documentary.
Over the next few months, you can join the live video shootings and active life from the heart of Umit’s art studio in Carrara.

Bu kitlesel fonlama Türk sanatçı Ümit Turgay Durgun’un ilham verici hayat hikayesini bir belgesel aracılığıyla anlatmak için oluşturuldu.

Ümit Turgay Durgun aslen İstanbullu olan, ancak Carrara’da yaşayan multidisipliner bir Türk heykeltraş/graffiti sanatçısıdır.
Bu belgeselin amacı, Türkiye ve İtalya arasında yaşadığı yerlerden, Carrara'daki sanat atölyesinde potansiyeline erişmesini takip eden sanatsal etkinlikleri üzerinden Durgun'un hayat hikayesini anlatmaktır.
Amacı dünyanın her yerinden genç sanatçıların neleri başarabilecekleri konusunda giderek derinlik kazanan bir farkındalığa sahip olmalarına yardımcı olmaktır. İleri görüşlülük ve entegrasyon konularına değinerek, hırs ve tutku dolu bir sanatçının tüm engellerin üstesinden gelerek nasıl imkansızı yaratabileceğinin somut bir örneği olacaktır.
Durgun, bir sanatçının hayat yolculuğunda çevresinde doğru kişilerin varlığının bulunmasının önemini aktarma arzusundadır. Durgun'u büyük ölçüde etkilemiş olan en önemli akıl hocalarından bazıları ile yapılacak olan röportajlar da belgeselde yer alacaktır.
Bu belgesel bir sanatçının hayallerini gerçekleştirme yolunda bir adım olacaktır. Durgun’un Carrara çevresinde uluslararası bir plastik sanatlar okulu açmak üzerine kurulu bir hayali vardır. Amacı ise genç sanat öğrencileri ve sanatçıları yetiştirmek, İtalya'ya gelmelerini ve orada entegrasyonlarını kolaylaştırmaktır.
Durgun belgeselde bu hayalinden bahsedecek ve kısa ve uzun vadede neden sosyal ve sanatsal bir etki yaratacağına inandığını açıklayacak.
