On Sunday, August 8, 2021, Norberto Melendez Ruiz passed away after a 2 year long battle with cancer. Norbert's passing has left a black hole in the lives of friends and family who loved him dearly. He leaves behind the love of his life of 11 years, Alyssa Redfern, and his many fur-babies, Bilbo (dog), Aerith (dog), Spook (cat), Barret (cat), Squirtle (turtle), Chestnut (chinchilla), and Deku (chinchilla). Norbert loved Alyssa and their animals more than anything else in life. Their well-being was always his top priority. Norbert and Alyssa were working on building a life together, and were engaged to be married. Alyssa and their animals need all the support possible during this extremely difficult time.
