Financial Support for Meech

Hi, my name is Tim. I am Dimitri’s older brother. Dimitri was involved in a car accident on Thursday, February 22nd while making his way up to Purgatory. He was rushed to Mercy Hospital and was shortly airlifted to St. Mary’s Medical Center in Grand Junction.

Meech had suffered a fracture to the left side of his head and underwent emergency neurosurgery upon arrival at St. Mary’s. He has since been under sedation in the ICU, but has been hitting all of the markers for recovery.

Meech has been attending Fort Lewis College, pursing a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Exercise Physiology. For those of you who know Meech, you know how amazing of a classmate, coworker, friend, brother, and son he is. He’s such a kindhearted person and is always great to be around. He is very involved with the Veteran Student Organization on campus, currently taking on the Vice President position. He recently has taken up skiing, dubing himself a true Fort Lewis Ski Bum. His typical Thursday was spent at Purgatory, making a minimum of 15 runs before calling it a day. His weekends were spent behind the counter at Gardenswartz Sporting Goods on Main with his pup, Freya.

I am organizing this GoFundMe to help keep Dimitri’s financial needs covered while he is recovering. All funds donated will be used to pay his bills (rent, phone, etc.) or on other expenses that he will require.
