Luke Morgan just completed his junior year at Mechanicsburg High School where he starred as a pitcher and first baseman on the baseball team. On June 3, 2022, Luke was rushed to ER with an accelerated heart rate. He was then life lined to UPMC Pittsburgh Children's Hospital cardiac ICU. One of his heart valves was not working properly and he had an enlarged heart. On June 8, 2022, emergency surgery was performed where an artificial valve was installed to help his heart until a donor heart can be found. Thankfully, it appears that Luke has come out of this initial surgery well but he has a long road ahead. We are creating this fundraiser to help the Morgan family with medical and travel expenses.
