In Memory of TJ Walton for Jade, Adalyn and Aiden

Today I learned that one of my oldest friends, Jade Walton, lost her husband, TJ to a sudden illness. Words cannot describe what I am feeling. She and TJ have a beautiful girl, Adalyn (1) and a little boy, Aiden, on the way. She is due in 2 months, and has had multiple complications with her pregnancy, making it high risk. 


They had just spent the 4th of July together as he came down with a sore throat. This progressively worsened, until he was rushed from Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, ID to Idaho Falls  this morning for more intensive care. He suddenly developed a pulmonary embolism and passed away at the age of 38.


Jade is one of the most caring, compassionate, funny people I know. She has the greatest heart, is a great mom and a fantastic friend. She was pursuing her dream of becoming an ER physician, but now she has to face the future without her loving husband.  


I never personally met TJ , but the way she described him, and the way everyone who knew him described him, made me know that he was a fantastic, hardworking man. He worked in the oil fields in Wyoming, and was home because COVID had shut it down.  Jade needs all the support that we can lend her right now. She is going to need help with funeral costs, daily expenses and caring for a new baby in a few weeks.
