Another young one lost too soon..... Lance Joseph Barr, loving son of Vince Barr and Sherri Barr, born July 12, 1996 was shot and killed this last Friday night , October 2, 2020 in the Dimond district of Oakland California.
No parent should have to plan the services of their child. This go fund me is in request for any donations that may help during the families hard times.
