Financial Relief for Eastern KY Flood Victims

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to visit this page! We, Dr. Brian Daniels and Jenny Collins, PA of Mountain Family Medicine in Pikeville, KY, humbly ask for your help in providing financial relief to our patients who have lost their homes and suffered catastrophic loss due to the devastating flooding that has affected Eastern KY. It is our goal to help as many of our patients as possible with as much financial relief as possible. We will continue to compile a list of those patients who were affected and will divide the amount earned amongst them. No donation is too small! So long as money keeps rolling in, we’ll make sure it gets into the hands of the people who so desperately need our help. People have lost all of their tangible possessions, so there will be much rebuilding to do, but right now we would be simply humbled by the help to fund their meals, cleaning supplies, etc. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care shown to our wonderful community.
