Financial relief for Drew and Dawn

Hello friends, and bear with us as this is not something we are used to. But we are at the point where we feel we need to ask for help.

On October 19 our world was thrown into a tailspin when I was electrocuted at work by high voltage. After being rushed to the ER. Damage resulting in a Traumatic brain injury, cognitive and balance issues, dental trauma including my mouth and teeth . As well as hearing, tinnitus, and nerve damage. Recently there is fluid building up in my middle ear that needs to drain. I have balance issues and cognitive problems so Dawn is driving me to appointments.

Full transparency, It was at work so workman’s comp is being paid out. However, the payout is not even close to what we need to survive including Dawns pay.

We have tightened every belt, sold things we love, Dawn took a position to work from home to cut fuel costs. We have blown through our wedding budget and emergency savings due to our vehicle needing repairs. It’s just becoming overwhelming. We have had so many people reach out and help so far. (And oh my lord are we thankful for you all)

But it looks like I will not be working for quite some time. We are out of surplus money and bills are not going to be made next month at this rate. We are asking for help. We aren’t the type to do this and don’t even know how to begin to thank you if you can help. It took us 2 weeks and lots of contemplating to reach this decision. A lot of you asked how friends can help, well here’s your chance. This is what we need and we hate to ask for it but anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
