Financial Recovery from Hospital Stay

I landed in the hospital for the entire month of October with a severe case of double pneumonia, losing $10K in work.  Each lung needed to be drained.  I was sick for a few weeks before I went into the hospital and weeks after coming out.  Models do not make the fortunes people assume they do and I fell down the rabbit hole rather quickly and have yet to recover financially.  It is an embarrassment but I've no choice but to ask for help.  My computer is dying, I'm 1.5 months behind in rent and 4 months in utilities, with next month's cover already looking spotty. 

I am beyond thankful for any help.
