Financial help until I recover
Donation protected
I debated constantly about posting this because I've never been comfortable asking for help. Most of you know that very recently, my life changed dramatically. My husband and I contracted COVID-19 and things took a turn for the worse pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the love of my life, Mr. Tyriece Gordon, passed away on Friday, November 26th, just one day before his 32nd birthday. My heart is broken. I'm still currently in the hospital fighting, but my condition is improving. I am thankful for the strong support system I have which includes my family, my in laws, friends and associates. As we began the funeral planning, it's a blessing that our families are able to step in and cover those funeral/burial costs. However, I now have a household to maintain all on my own because my husband is now gone. Definitely wasn't prepared. I do have some new employment prospects that seem to be promising as well as my catering business, but due to being sick, my road to recovery could be a few months. I have a small amount of income, but not nearly enough to cover all the monthly bills. Any and all donations will go towards my monthly household bills in hopes it will be enough to help cover 3 or 4 months. I'm praying that my recovery will be shorter, so I can get to working full time again. I've already started looking into programs/agencies for assistance as well in hopes I qualify. Just trying to cover all bases. So many have asked, "Do you need anything?" I've never felt comfortable asking for money which is why I'm no stranger to working hard, but right now, I have to put my pride to the side and be honest about the help I need. Anything is a blessing and I will forever be grateful. Even if you can't afford to give or choose not to, I appreciate you for taking time to read this. Please share and continue to pray. Much love to you.
