Hello family & friends.
So I was officially diagnosed with Lung Cancer back in early January. I spent 1 week & 2 days in Westmead Hostpital going through the motions of shock, isolation, sadness then acceptance.

With my discharge letter from my Doctor I was deemed unfit to return to work. Since the 27th December I have been without financials after leaving work I’ve not yet received any benefits from Centrelink (waiting on an ex before the last to email me 1 fucking document in order for me to receive a Disability Support Pension, 1 fucking document!)

Over these past 2 months my debts (having been able to keep on top of them whilst employed with a decent wage) have accumulated over time& leaves me in a bit of a crisis.

I guess I am basically asking you all is for some assistance, any assistance in helping me out of this pickle & if you know Lenny Wellington living in Kempsey to email me that 1 piece of fucking documentation that can HELP me begin my new life, literally.

As mentioned previously, any financial assistance will help & I will be truly appreciative.
