Financial assistance while undergoing treatment

Hello friends and family. This GoFundMe is for my sister, Karyn VandeBunte. Karyn has been diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer. She is only 46 years old with a 12 year old (Willow) and a 16 year old (Dax) at home.

The doctors have developed a plan for 5 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy beginning next week. She has been told that she will not be able to return to work until completion of her treatment. If all goes according to plan, she will be off of work until at least July.

As you can imagine, this will be very stressful for Karyn and the kids. We need her to focus on healing over the next 5 weeks.

We are asking for help in alleviating some of that stress. Monetary donations will be used to pay rent, utilities and gas to get to and from the hospital 5 times per week. If you know my sister, you will understand how important it is for her to remain as independent as possible during this time.
