Olena Stolnik passed away surrounded by her loving family on May 9, 2025, at the age of 51.

Olena will be deeply missed by her husband Sergey Stolnik, her children Tetyana, Timothy, and Daniel, her siblings Valentyna and Lyudmila, and her loving cat Katya.

Sergey and Olena had just had their 19-year anniversary two days before Olena left us. She was fighting myeloid leukemia for almost two years. In the first year, she was able to beat cancer and was slowly recovering. But the leukemia had relapsed, throwing all Olena's future plans away. Like a warrior, she kept fighting it till the end. A few days before she passed, doctors confirmed that she no longer had leukemia; however, the harsh process of fighting against the cancer these last 2 years harshly affected her body, leaving it fragile. She had to be put under sedation and dialysis, then within a week, Olena's heart had stopped...

She was the most bright and positive person. She was the best wife and mom. Always smiled, laughed, supported, empathized. Her heart was always open to anyone with sincere feelings. She was putting everyone's emotions in front of her own. She always will be remembered, missed, and loved!
