This fundraiser is for one of my best friends, Skylar Greenwood. Unfortunately, Skylar was involved in a terrible car crash late night on May 25. She was immediately taken to the hospital to undergo surgery for internal bleeding. There have been multiple complications in her 12 hour surgery, that is still ongoing to be able to repair multiple organs and bones. Because of this she will be in the hospital for weeks, potentially months, followed by a year of rehab.

Skylar is 17 and is the most selfless person I’ve ever met. She has worked 40 hours a week since she was 14, while being in high school to provide for herself, paying her own bills. Being out of work is going to take a large toll on her mental health and financial state. This fundraiser will be put towards any medical bills for her and personal expenses while not being able to work.
