Claudia was a kind and gentle soul who always put everyone first. My beloved sister earned her wings on February 9th and has gone home. She was a true warrior and fought every step of the way. On December 10th, she was diagnosed with aggressive acute leukemia. She was transferred to Houston to receive treatment at MD Anderson. Even at the Hospital, Claudia's warm heart and smile won the heart of many nurses, doctors, and staff. She was a proud and supportive Ranger Alumni Class of 2002. Claudia deeply loved the Riverside community and was always willing to help make it better. She touched many hearts, and she indeed was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.
