My name is Christen Darce, and I am fundraising for my beautiful sister, Angela McCune. We lost Frank, my brother-in-law, very unexpectedly on Friday. Frank and Angela have been married for 15 years. Frank was one in a million. I am sure anyone who knew him would agree that it was an absolute honor to know him, love him, and have him as part of your life.

I would love to start by saying he was the greatest Uncle and Godfather, but the truth is he was the greatest Uncle, Husband, Brother, Son, Brother-In-Law, and Friend. He was so loyal, caring, giving, funny, loving and I just don't know if there are enough words to do justice in describing the type of wonderful man he was. I can guarantee he has touched so many lives, and I know this to be factual, because I would meet so many of the people he would help. Whether it was a neighbor he would help find a job and drive to work every day, someone at his office that he would help no matter the request, or his family that he was there for every single day of his life.

The pride in his eyes for each and everyone of his nieces and nephews was overwhelmingly genuine. In all my time of knowing him, not once had I ever seen him angry. Frank got along with everyone. He had a heart of gold. He was truly one of the greatest people I have ever known in my life. I know with my heart that now it is time to give back to Frank by taking care of the love of his life, Angela.

It was just the two of them and their two furbabys. Not only was his leaving us unexpected, but it happened in Ohio while they were on vacation. My sister was forced to make some difficult decisions that had to be limited based on funds available to her at that time. I know a million things are going through her mind causing worry and concern in how she will survive day to day on her own. I want to help eliminate as much of that burden as I possibly can.

Anyone that is willing and able to help Angela, will assist her with the cremation cost, the Ohio memorial service, and the Texas memorial service. I am hoping it won't stop there, though, because I know there are many expenses that she will need to take care of on her own with him gone. I am hoping that we can help her breathe a little easier, feel the love and support of all of those around her, and know that the legacy of her wonderful, amazing husband will live on through all of us friends and family.
