Hi, everyone! I’m helping my friend Adam finish his degree at Arizona State University—because he's a bit modest, and because I'd do anything for him. In his final semester of the ASU Online Media Arts & Sciences program, holding a 4.0 GPA, he has suddenly lost his financial aid due to a technicality that’s completely out of his control.
Adam earned an engineering degree years ago in Egypt, where he grew up. He paid for that degree without U.S. support — but those international credits are now being counted against the U.S. financial-aid limit, even though they don’t count toward his ASU degree.
It’s a technicality that punishes him for having worked hard in another country, and it leaves him responsible for covering his final tuition balance out of pocket.
He can finish this semester, but ASU won’t release his degree until the balance is paid — and without that degree, securing full-time work in his field becomes much harder. The system has handed him a Catch-22 at the finish line.
This is the last hurdle.

Any amount helps — truly. And if you can’t donate, sharing this link means a lot.
Thank you for helping Adam cross the finish line he’s earned.
