Hello, my name is Melker Ivarsson and im 21 years old. I grew up in a small town in Sweden called Stöpen and then moved to Thailand during the ages of 7 to 12. Ive had a lovely childhood although there has always been something wrong. I got incredibly bullied as a child and therefore developed a very low self asteem. I experimented with my gender identity and found myself the happiest as a man. It just clicked for me. I now have an incredibly supportive family and amazing friends who support my trans journey.

I recently got the opportunity to meet with a plastic surgeon to get ftm top surgery. It is when you remove breast tissue to have a flat chest and fit into the aesthetics of a male body. This will allow me to breathe properly, go swimming, take my shirt off on a hot summer day and be confident in my body. This surgery will unfortunately cost me 75.000 sek. This is a huge amount of money that is a bit too expensive for me. Ive created this go-fund-me to be able to aid me financially. Id like my savings to go to an apartment, my education and other life changing purchases but this surgery is life altering. I need this surgery to live, so i have no other choice to ask for aid even if i am quite embarrassed by it. Id appreciate anything, small, big or just a share.
