Finalizing Robert’s Sunrise Service

Hi my name is Ardrenna McNear Dean, I am Robert L. McNear’s 6th child and POA. February 14, 2024 my father who was in hospice care within our home was called to glory. It was a sight like nothing I’ve ever seen. To be able to hold my daddy’s hand and watch him transition was the greatest gift of my life.

I THOUGHT I had everything in order, as I had prepared for his final journey. Ensuring his life insurance policy was in order and the beneficiaries he placed in his right state of mind remained as he wished. There were enough funds to not only cover his services but ensure his beneficiaries had something left from him. As a US Veteran my father was already set to have the burial he deserved.

Over the past 5 years of holding guardianship of my father I was his sole caretaker with the exception of my elder brother [redacted].

[Redacted] did a phenomenal job with the services for my father. Not only was I impressed with the decisions I made I also had the opportunity to honor my mother who passed January 2, 2020. From the beautiful floral arrangements, to the choosing of his casket were my mother’s touch.

I am here asking for help to cover the remaining funeral expenses because the following beneficiaries chose greed and deceit; [redacted]. They chose not to sign the funeral home documentation but elected to sign the MetLife forms to receive payments as beneficiaries over Robert L McNear’s life.

Unfortunately I have text documentation from [redacted] stating he can be dug up and he was collateral damage.

Therefore causing a remaining balance in excess of $16,000. Any donation will help me cover the outstanding balance left upon me to place my father at eternal rest and ensure the funeral home is covered.
