Nectar Dance Team at SCAD was founded in Fall 2022. This team was created by Music Miranda, who wanted a diverse and inclusive space to dance. Dance is a way people express emotions, create families, and build confidence. That is exactly what Nectar did. Nectar has performed at the Savannah Theatre, done promotion for SCAD, and worked on multiple projects with amazing people. This team is a family that performs for the Savannah College of Art and Design community every quarter. Their work ethic, time management, and perseverance are what make them stand out.

The 2025-2026 school year is the last year for Nectar's original members. The members who have been on the team since the beginning. We want to make this year unlike any other with our induction video, merch, and performance at the Savannah Theatre. Funds will go to our performance venue, costumes, and film equipment. Please help Nectar make this happen!
