Hi, my name is Angie Richmond.
I never imagined I would be in a position to ask for help like this, but I am facing the most difficult time of my life.
My husband of 40 years, Phillip Richmond, has been placed on home hospice after his cancer progressed rapidly to multiple vital organs. Right now, our focus is on keeping him comfortable, surrounded by love, and making the most of the time we have left.
Phillip has always been a selfless, giving person—someone who showed up for others without ever asking for anything in return. He has touched so many lives through his kindness, and he means everything to me.
One of his final wishes is to be buried, not cremated. It would mean so much to me to be able to honor that wish and give him the dignity and peace he deserves.
Just one month ago, I also lost my mother after being her sole caregiver for nearly five years. During that time, I had to leave my job, and I am not financially prepared for the cost of funeral expenses.
I am asking for help so I can carry out Phillip’s final wish.
Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward burial expenses. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this fundraiser would mean more than you know.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, support, and for helping me honor Phillip’s life.
