Final Wishes for Kiara Romero

Donation protected
Where do you start planning for the unthinkable? How do you plan for a day you never expected to see? How do you start picking up the pieces after your world was just shattered? Praying you carry out her wishes the exact way she would have envisioned. Praying her daughter is raised as she had planned. Praying you get everything right.

That’s what our family is currently faced with for such a young, beautiful soul that was taken too soon. 25 years old with her entire life in front of her. A baby girl left behind that will grow up without the most amazing mother ever. So many hearts left with a void that will never be filled.

Kiara was a daughter, a sister, an aunt (TiTi), a granddaughter, a great granddaughter, a niece, a cousin, a friend and most importantly a mother. She loved everyone and made a positive impact on everyone’s life she touched. She was a wonderful young woman with a heart of gold.

Covid 19 has claimed so many lives and as real as that is you never expect it to affect your family. You never expect for it to claim the life of your loved one. A reality no one is ready to face.

Kiara started feeling ill so she went to get a covid 19 test immediately and started to quarantine. While waiting for the results things took a turn for the worst and she started feeling ill. She was having difficulties breathing, felt super weak and was experiencing the worst headache she’s ever had. She went to the ER and got a rapid test, that test was positive and she was sent home. Oxygen was discussed but the physicians decided not to send her home with it. At home she continued to quarantine in her room to keep her sister and nephew safe. On top of everything she had to make the decision to keep her baby girl safe and let her close friend care for her by constantly checking on her and missing her dearly. Over the next few days she had her good moments and she had her weak moments but she was so thankful her baby girl and those around her tested negative. She thought she would fight this, recover and get back to living life to the fullest. Unfortunately that was not the case the afternoon of June 11, 2021 god decided it was time for her to gain her wings and join her grandmothers in heaven. As she was welcomed with open arms those of us left behind were not ready, our world came crashing down.

We ask that you say a prayer for her baby girl, her family and her many friends. If you’re able to make a donation it will go towards funeral costs and providing for her baby girl, AmoraReigh. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. God bless.
