It is with much sorrow that I, Nathanael Lee, the youngest son of Bill and Pamela Lee, find it necessary to inform you that on Wednesday, December 8th at 6:23pm, with my mother and I at his side, my Father, William(Bill) Lee, passed from this life into the arms of his beloved Savior.

We are all in shock and grief after the suddenness of his passing but we look forward to, one day, seeing him again!

Dad passed away in the ICU at North Indianapolis Ascension St. Vincent Hospital after a difficult struggle with Covid-19. On his final day with us, Dad was at peace and his deepest longing was to see the face of his Heavenly Father.

After he smiled into mom’s eyes one last time, we asked him if there was anything he needed. All he had to say was, ‘I want to be with Jesus!’ Only moments later he spoke his final word, that Name that meant all of the world to him, ‘Jesus’! And with that he passed into eternity.

As our hearts grieve and we try to support mom in every possible way, this fund will help cover the cost of transporting Dad back to Colorado, funeral expenses, and hospital bills. Unfortunately, Dad did not have insurance to cover the bills from his fight with Covid-19. As many of you know, Dad spent his life seeking to serve others, was quick to help others, and give to those in need. In the end, he left no significant earthly possessions behind. I want you to know that any contribution you choose to make, would be a bigger blessing than words can express.
