Final step to secure the future of our animals

If you have followed our story, you may have seen our battle over the last years in securing the future of Tenerife horse rescue, ecological animal sanctuary, by raising money to buy the neighbouring land.

We risked losing our sanctuary to developers and closing the doors of our sanctuary forever. However with hard work and amazing support we managed to continue fighting in the right direction. We have come so far and we have almost completed our unbelievable task of raising the huge amount of 270,000€.

We ONLY need 28,000€ more to complete the deal and buy the final remaining land. (4 months ago we managed to save 1 bit)

This last remaining land is more than 3 times the size of our original land and will ensure we have almost unlimited space for horses and donkeys who need rescuing.

Currently, we are at capacity and have no space to rescue more.

However, with this we will be able to save many more animals from our forever-growing waiting list.

28,000€ is still a lot of money. We know this, it is still a huge ask. But we made it this far and believe we can make the final step. The contract has been written, the date is waiting to be set. We just need to reach the final amount.

We never even thought that we would get this close. The support is amazing, it humbles us every day to see how many people want to help animals. Together we can help so many more. We have a fantastic team of volunteers and have created a system that allows us to rescue these animals in need from such a challenging environment. In a place where they have no other options, we are here. You have made that possible, we may do the physical work but without the financial support we would be nothing. We would just be a couple of people, some starving animals, and a dream.
