Final Resting Place _ St Joseph Cemetery Middletown New York

Hello everyone and to the family friends and acquaintances of Gerard R. Klug, my name is Brian Tenorio and with the assistance of Jon Martini we wanted to start a Gofundme in Gerard's memory. As most of you may or may not know Gerard passed on January 27th, 2024. Most of his closest friends did not get news until the January 24th, 2025. Gerard was unfortunately buried in Hart Island in NYC. Hart Island is a burial site for those unclaimed or for those whose families did not have the funds at that time. What we are proposing is to bring Gerard back home where his mother is buried St, Joseph Catholic Church Middletown NY. Gerard was a great kid when we were growing up, super smart, fun outgoing and loved baseball. Gerard was ready for anything at anytime. Gerard got along with everyone, he had many different friends from all walks of life. Unfortunately as we grew up some of us went one way and others went the other way. Ultimately he will be missed by all that came across him. Any amount of money contributed would be greatly appreciated. This is a call for the class of 2003 PBHS to show your support for Gerard and all PBHS alumni and staff.

Our goal will be is to get 10k saved up by 9/8/25 this would have been his 41st birthday. Anything over the 10k will be donated to Rehab facility later to be named.
