Friends and Family,
On May 6th, a beloved father and brother to three, as well as a cherished friend to many, tragically passed away after being in a car accident while driving home late in the afternoon. Despite the swift response of emergency personnel who rushed him to the hospital, he eventually succumbed to cardiac arrest.
As deeply painful and inevitable this moment in time is, his legacy, the memories made and most importantly the support from those around us has helped in ways we cannot express. Unfortunately, no arrangements were made to cover all other unexpected costs.
Any support is heavily appreciated and will go towards ensuring the transportation to his final resting place next to his mother in Mexico are covered. The funds will also be used to take care of any legal administration costs and will lastly be allocated appropriately to all next of kin. He is survived by three sons, three daughters and a long-time partner.
His visitation and service will be held on May 17th at the Cristo Rey Roman Catholic Church, (Spanish Mass).
Located at 25 Cavalier Blvd, Florence, KY 41042. Visitation will start at 3pm and a Catholic service will be held shortly after at 4pm-5pm. We kindly suggest to refrain from wearing traditional all black dress. Feel free to add some color as requested by Carlos.
