In October 2019, a dream was born to create a family restaurant that could offer a combination of quality food in a unique setting, a unique option for the community of Cudahy, CA, and surrounding cities.

It's been more than five years since that dream began, and after many hours of work and several thousand dollars invested in the complete remodeling of the building from the kitchen to the last light bulb, we are facing the final hurdle to be able to open to the public.

In these five years of the process, we have laughed but also wanted to throw in the towel many times. Contractors have scammed us, but we are left with the blessing and love of the good people who have helped us: family and friends, landlords, inspectors, and staff from the City of Cudahy.

We're just one step away from fulfilling our dream of opening, but we find ourselves in need of voluntary help through a monetary donation, which we'd be happy to credit back to you through a voucher that can be redeemed as credit at the restaurant once it's open.

This final injection of money will help us complete the missing kitchen equipment, such as refrigerators, work tables, shelves, pans, dishes, and cutlery, security cameras (a city requirement), and some other improvements required by the health department.
