It is with great sadness to inform you that our beloved Julie Wasuli earned her wings on Friday, December 11, 2020, in Bellingham, WA after a long battle with COVID-19.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Julie was medevaced to Bellingham, WA. Due to being medevaced, the family is left with having to find a way to bring their loved one back home to Ketchikan, AK. The family is in need of $15,000 to help with the unexpected high cost to bring Julie home and the cost of the funeral expenses. Please consider donating to help cover the costs of bringing Julie home to Ketchikan, AK, and her funeral service.
Julie was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of those around her. Her family is devastated by Julie's loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. Her family would like to give Julie the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say their last goodbyes.
A small family gathering in Ketchikan may be planned in the future, but not confirmed at this time.
