My mom suddenly and unexpectedly passed away last week on Wednesday, April 24, at 62 years old. She was alone in her bedroom when she passed on, and I still do not have the closure of what caused her death. This news came right as I am in the final days of completing my Master's degree, and I cannot emphasize in words how much I am overwhelmed and heartbroken.
