Final Expenses for Phil DonLevy

My husband and the father of our teenage daughter, Phil DonLevy, passed away Saturday. Having been together for 26 years, we were best friends through good times and the small percentage of not-so-good times. Phil had a big heart, always thinking of the needs of others before his own. A native of Wisconsin, he loved his beer, brats and Green Bay Packers. He is deeply loved and will be missed by us as well as his other children, Desiree Dannecker and Ron DonLevy.
Phil incurred a large amount of medical bills during the past few weeks that will not be covered under his insurance. Our goal is to raise enough money to pay for these medical bills and other final expenses.
