Final Expenses for Petra
Donation protected
Please help us raise money for Petra's final expenses. She passed away October 28, 2018 after a short and swift battle with lung cancer. She is survived by two daughters and a son: Darrah, Celeste, and Mark. Her sudden death comes with a financial burden that I would like to help alleviate for the family by raising the funds for her cremation expenses.

My mama's struggle is over and she is now at peace.
We were able to spend quality time together, heal years worth of hurt, and reinforce our bond in the last weeks of her life. I am eternally grateful for that. My mom has always been a sensitive, loving human being, she lived hard and fast, and while she endured a lot of pain and suffering in her lifetime I know she had a lot of crazy fun and experienced a lot of love. She loved us fully and completely. She was never afraid to embrace her inner child, and she was the silliest person I've ever known. She would do anything to make us laugh and I have fond memories of her wearing wigs and stuffing pillows in her pants with bright red lipstick on, and making all of us laugh so hard. She was who I wanted when I was sick... she spent many nights at my bedside and on the bathroom floor with me, diligently by my side. Her tickles were the best. I remember watching her in awe of her beauty as she would get ready every day, trying on her jewelry and her high heels. She was a safe person for me to turn to with my secrets. She bailed me out, saved my life, and cheered me on in every endeavor. She inspired my love for music and seriously don't tell my grandma but her biscuits and gravy were better. She offered endless love and only ever wanted to be loved in return. This list could go on forever. She was absolutely beautiful down to her last breath.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of the endless love and support my family and I received through this difficult time.
I already miss you so much, mama. I can see you with your crazy hair and hear your wild laughter. You are finally free. Kiss grandma for me. I love you forever.
