Hello my name is Ezequiel Jr or Baby Zeke as my Parents liked to call me. I personally hate asking, because like my father we never like to ask for help but always being the one to be the person helping others. We are collecting funds for his Memorial services and Final Expenses. Not Even a month has passed and the weight of it all is just too much to bare. For those who know my family our Mother passed away July 26th 2021 from what we believe was natural causes, Same day that we got the call about my mother my dad was being transported to the ICU with Covid. 2 weeks passed trying to hide the news from my father of her passing so he could be strong enough to battle his illness without adding stress and worry of being isolated with his own thoughts. My Father Ezequiel Cervantes Loved his family soo much, he was a Very Hard worker, unselfish, Respectful, a man of Faith, the type of man that would give the shirt off his back to a stranger in need. He worked as hard as he could to prove the best life for his family, even when he didn't have much he would give us all he had just so we did not have to struggle or worry ourselves. If any family or friends were in need he would drive night and day to get to you and help. He touched alot of hearts in his life and made alot of memories for us to hold on to. I know he tried making all the right choices as he saw fit to teach us never to loss faith and staying strong in times of hurt or worry. In the end HE fought as hard as he could and even thou he was scared not knowing the outcome he knew that he needed to be strong for us after finding out our Mother had passed 2 weeks prior to him being admitted. On Friday the 13th he was Intubated because his lungs were being over taken by the virus and it was the last resort for 3 full days his progress looked hopeful but Sunday August 15th 2021 in the evening he had a zoom call with us (his family) his mother was able to pray over him which I am sure gave him the peace he needed and minutes later after the call he passed. We are struggling in soo many ways all at once we did not think we would ever lose both our parents in the same year much less weeks apart. We are broken and devastated but us as sibling (Ezequiel Jr, Elexis, Samuel) are leaning on each other to balance the weight of it all and putting our faith in God, that we will all get throu this somewhat whole enough to keep moving forward for our families. We don't expect and want more money than we need. we know we got soo much help from our mothers go fund me and we were very blessed, now we will be thankful for anything we are blessed with 2nd time around. Truly from the bottom of our hearts thank you for all the love and support we have gotten from friends and family we are already soo lucky to have good hearted people in our lives. Ezequiel Cervantes Sr. 6/19/1969 - 8/15/2021 he was 52 years old he is survived be his Mother, Father, Sister, 2 Sons, 2 Daughters, 5 Grandkids.
