Final Expenses for David

My name is Brenda Ashford

Monday my oldest child David Beddingfield lost his battle with cancer. He is a veteran that served in Iraq in the burning pits. He started having health problems shortly after coming home.

First he lost a kidney that was fully enveloped in tumor. The cancer spread to his lungs, hip bones and legs.He lost a lung and had plates in his leg for stabilization.

Through it all he kept a possitive attitude. He talked about what he was going to do when he was better. He wanted to build a cabin in the woods with a few chickens and a dog for company. Water nearby for fishing.

He knew his time was short. He'd tell me don't worry, everything will be OK. He told me even the way things played out he didn't regret his service in Iraq and would do it again. He loved God, his kids and his country.

It hurts me that I don't have enough funds to cover his final expenses. I also don't like asking for help. But a mom does what she can for her child. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
