Early this morning, June 11, 2022, Daniel Saldana-Ramirez passed away.  My name is Jamie Reeves, and Daniel was my student at Marina Del Rey Middle School in Los Angeles, CA. My classroom staff and I, along with the entire Marina Del Rey faculty, are raising money for Daniels family to assist with funeral and burial costs. No family should shoulder the tremendous costs of burying a child alone, and this is where we humbly ask you for help. Please help support this family as they prepare to bury their beloved son and brother. Daniel was a ray of light, bringing joy to so many. While this loss is tremendous, today we remember his sweet smile and infectious giggles and pray for peace and healing for his family. Thank you for helping his family give him the funeral and burial he deserves.
