Brooklyn Chase passed away Christmas morning from COVID-19 in Phoenix Arizona. Brooklyn was hospitalized several hundred miles from home and we are raising funds for her final expenses to get her home to both Colorado and Yuma Arizona Brooklyn is survived by her two sons Westin, 11 and Bentley, 4 as well as baby Scarlett, 18 months old.Brooklyn is also survived by her fiancé Jacob Keeme ,her mother Vicky Chase, three brothers Dustin Wally and Wess. Please help if you can we’d like to bring Brooklyn home. Thank you
