Final expenses for “Big Boyce” Hickman
Donation protected
Hello, I’m asking for donations on behalf of my family, the Hickman family, for Big Boyce’s final expense costs.
On Wednesday, February 16, Boyce went in for an aortic valve replacement and cardiac repairs.
Shortly after the surgery, all seemed well, but then he stopped breathing. They performed CPR and sedated him, but after they took him off of sedatives, he still didn’t wake up.
After multiple CT scans and an MRI and the terrible news that he would not recover, we knew this is not how Boyce would want to live, we knew we had to let him go.
Unfortunately, life insurance is not always something you think about when you are young and time can slip away. So this fundraiser is being set up on behalf the Hickman family to help with funeral expenses.
Boyce loved and welcomed everyone into his home. He was a giving person who always met you with a smile. He always supported his friends and family and went above and beyond anyone’s expectations, never expecting anything in return. Boyce’s attitude about life was carefree. He always expressed his gratitude for his family and lived as if tomorrow was not promised. We will surely miss his positive energy.
His loss is an unfathomable tragedy that his loved ones and his friends will struggle with for years to come.
Boyce will be sincerely missed and it will be impossible to replace him and what he did for his family. He leaves behind four children, Ashley, Boyce, Shelby, and Letisha, and grandchildren, James, Jacob, Alli, and Connor, as well as his grand-dogs Sabrina, Della, Maple, and Moose.
This fundraiser has been created to help the family cover the unexpected funeral and burial.
Your donations are greatly appreciated.
