This is my niece and her son Ja’Kylan. As you all may know, On July 8, 2018, Kortney and her sister Rhyann were in tragic accident that claimed the life of our precious Rhyann. It has been a long road to recovery physically and mentally for Kortney and a spiritual test for our family. Kortney and Deonta Chamberlain welcomed their son Ja’Kylan to this world on May 6, 2021. The birth of this perfect beautiful boy was a healing ray of sunshine since the loss of Rhyann. Tragically, Ja’Kylan passed suddenly on July 9 2021 from a congenital defect called Thymomegaly. This horrific loss has shaken our family to the core again exactly 3 years from the accident. Kortney is going through an unimaginable heartache once again. Kortney will need the strength of many prayers and love from all who know her. Kortney is only 18 and this financial burden is one she cannot bare.
