Dear Friends and Family,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of Alex, AKA El Gordo. As many of you know Alex was one of the most caring and funniest people around. Not to mention his great storytelling abilities. One of the best!! He was always the main attraction at get-togethers and family reunions. Alex was always there for anyone who needed help and he always looked to keep in contact with everyone in the family no matter what paths we each took. A true people person who believed in the meaning of family!!!

We are absolutely devastated by Alex’s passing. He will be missed by many who loved him dearly. If you know Alex, then you for sure know Ms. Jacqui, his wife, and life partner. The passing of El Gordo leaves a big hole in many lives but most immediately in hers. This has already been a hard 2020 and now with his passing, she is struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the final expenses. As you can imagine, she is still working through her grieving process but we would like to ask you for help to make things a bit easier as she begins the final planning stages.
