Final arrangements for Sawyer

This is by far the hardest decision we've ever had to make. With Sawyer's CDH and CHD (congenital diaphragmic herenia and congential heart defect) the uncertainties are to high for us to put him or our family through surgeries. Please, do not judge our decision, as it is hard enough on us. We were truly hoping for better results at our last appointment, at the Cincinnati childrens hospital, to only receive the worst. We truly did not want this for our little boy. Any and all help with his final expenses... Will truly help. Words can not express to those that have already helped us. Thank you so much!! We are truly grateful.  We will try and keep everyone updated so we get closer to his due date.
