Final Arrangements for Michelle Garrett
Donation protected
It is with the utmost heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Michelle Garrett. Michelle was known to her family and friends as a loving caring individual to all those around her. A mother and sister to her family members, and a friend to countless others, Michelle's passing was completely unexpected. It is important for us at this time to come together and help her family in their dire time of need. Proverbs 17:17 “A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.”
Michelle was an incredible person who always wanted to help others even though she was fighting her own battles. On Monday, August 14th, Michelle Garrett made a permanent decision to a temporary problem. Those who have lost a loved one to mental illness understand that this kind of grief is complicated. Everything about it feels unfair, unlucky and preventable.
Suicide leaves those who are touched by it with a unique kind of grief, filled with unanswered questions, stigma from those who don’t understand, and sometimes immense guilt. With more than 800,000 people dying by suicide across the world each year, survivors — the name given to those who have lost a loved one to suicide — are plentiful.
Our primary goal is to ensure that Michelle is honored with the dignity and love she deserves while offering her family the resources needed to cope with this unimaginable tragedy.
All proceeds will go directly to Michelle's bills related to her funeral costs. Our prayers continue to go out to Michelle’s loved ones, and we thank you in advance for your support. Arrangements will be announced once finalized
