Fils-Aime family & Their Loss

The entire Fils-Aime family and close friends are devastated by the untimely and unexpected loss of Fritz Fils-Aime & his daughter Naomi Fils-Aime. On April 20th 2020 and May 5th 2020, Fritz Fils-Aime & Naomi Fils-Aime left this world due to COVID-19.


It saddens us that two lives were cut short due to this pandemic. Fritz was 66 years old and a pillar in the Haitian community in Long Island, New York and was loved by his wife, his five children, and three grandchildren. He enjoyed listening music, watching soccer, and watching different game shows. A kind soul, Fritz was very gracious and took care of all his brothers and sisters by helping them get established when they came to the United States.


Naomi was just 27 years old and had her whole life ahead of her. An aspiring immigration lawyer and voice actor, she never used her obstacles to come in between chasing her dreams. She was a beloved big sister and auntie,  great close friend, confidant to many and God-fearing. Naomi had the gift of touching others by using her faith in God to spread so much love, joy, and positivity.


We are asking and hoping that people will cover the Fils-Aime family in prayers as they search for the strength and stability to say goodbye to their loved ones. Please join us in coming together to help support them during this time of need and are appreciative of any support you may be able to provide during this time. We know due to COVID-19, times are incredibly  difficult with loved ones suffering from this disease, sudden loss of jobs, and high levels of uncertainty that is affecting our communities. We are hoping you can find it in your heart to lend a helping hand in any way that you can.
