Join Us in Supporting Our Fiji Swim Team to Palau Mini Games in an Aqua Challenge!
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity to support our talented swimmers as they prepare for the Palau Mini Games! ‘’Sixteen dedicated athletes’’ have been selected to represent Fiji, and they need your help to raise the necessary funds for their journey. With a levy of $3,000 per athlete, our team is launching an "Aqua Challenge’’
What is the Aqua Challenge ?
From May 10th to June 10th, our team will be hosting an "Aqua Challenge’’ to raise funds. Each swimmer is committed to completing a minimum of 40 kilometres during this period, totaling 640 kilometres as a team. This initiative not only helps our athletes prepare for the games but also promotes ‘’Water Safety’’ and ‘’Mental Wellness’’ within our community.
How You Can Get Involved
We are inviting ''local businesses’’, ''community members'' and ‘’swimming enthusiasts’’ to join us in this effort to collectively further our goal from 640 km to reaching 1,000 km or beyond.
You can contribute to the total distance by swimming anywhere in the world -whether its in your local pool, the ocean, a lake or any safe swim location of your choice.
Swim and Share: After Swimming, take pictures, and don’t forget to tag # FijiSwimming ,Facebook page!
Our Goal
We aim to encourage everyone in the community to collectively cover a minimum of 3 kilometers per person from May 10th to June 10th, 2025 . By participating, you not only support our swimmers but also help raise awareness for the Importance of Water safety across Fiji.
Giving Back to the Community
We're committed to making a difference beyond just our athletes. That’s why we will be donating 10% of the funds raised to Local ''Water Safety'' initiatives. Your support will help us make a positive impact in our community.
Let’s Make a Difference Together!
As we embark on this journey, we invite you to join us in getting behind our swimmers. Together, we can promote Water safety and Mental , Health Wellbeing for all and create a lasting impact. Your support matters, and every contribution helps.
Thank you for your generosity and commitment to our athletes and community!
