Those of us who are lucky enough to call Warwick our friend will have stories of his kindness to others, his wicked sense of humour and his dedication to environmental sustainability and of course his art. Warwick’s facing one of life’s biggest curveballs right now and is in need of some help. Any funds raised will be managed by Ellana and Knox and transferred to Warwick as needed to cover costs of treatment and his road to recovery. A message from Warwick below:

Dear friends and family.. here is an update .. on Thursday the 9th Jan 2025 my diagnosis was reassessed from stage one to stage three colon cancer.. while my long term prospects a very positive I'm now booked for hospital this Sunday 19th Jan for extensive tests and surgery on Wednesday 23rd .. if all goes well I hope to be in hospital for a further 10 days as I heal and learn to navigate my new reality.. I'm so grateful for all the support of all kinds that I've received over the last few weeks however a long road to recovery awaits.. I had earlier opted out of chemo and radiation but that is now firmly on the table as an option given the new urgency.. this fund will assist me as I prepare myself for radical surgery and get my flat altered to receive me when I return home... it will also support covering any further tests, medical assistance, pharmaceuticals and medicinal needs plus counselling. I’m going to need a regular supply of stoma bags for the immediate future and until I’m back on my feet and back to work.. I have projects lined up post recovery so I'm keeping positive and focusing on life post surgery.. my heartfelt gratitude to the people from all across the globe who have reached out to me with messages of love and encouragement.. thanks so much faiaksia vinaka vaka levu.. lolomas W xxxx
